Change Management

Conduct exercises with leadership to analyze organizational health, cultural issues, and business positioning to create and shepherd initiatives for organizational change.

Business Processes

Work with multiple stakeholders across the organization to develop and refine processes to track product development (first and third-party), manage M&A activity, and manage publishing negotiations and deal-making.

Strategy Development

Drive creation of goals and road mapping for various corporate objectives, including portfolio development and management, business expansion, and strategic partnerships.

Opportunity Evaluations

Evaluate products and companies for publishing, investment, or acquisition opportunities. Lead or participate in due diligence, P&L development, playtesting, company interviews. Coordinate with HQ for products with global publishing potential.

Game Development Framework

Jointly led a small team to establish a new milestone/gating process to apply to both internal and third-party development as a means to verify progress, validate quality, and provide transparency in decision-making across the organization. This process, called the Game Development Framework (GDF), is currently in use at NCSOFT.

M&A Targeting & Tactical Planning

Spearheaded an initiative to establish a core strategy and tactical plan for M&A activities for NCSOFT and drove the development of a data-backed system that allows the company to estimate monetary valuation for companies and assess a target’s strengths and weaknesses. This work allowed the team to put together priority lists across industry segments for potential outreach for acquisition.
