Develop data dictionaries and standardization across products to clearly identify KPIs and show performance trends across products. Experienced with SQL, Google Analytics, Qlikview, and Tableau.

Consumer Research

Work with multiple third party agencies to build and field consumer surveys, concept tests, and focus group tests for multiple products across PC, console, and mobile audiences and multiple markets.

Forecasting

Identify product trajectories and forecasts for revenue, unit sales, and other KPI data. Worked with publishing teams to establish competitor data sets to aid in building P&Ls.

Market Fit

Evaluate products for potential fit in current or forecasted future market based on available revenue and unit sale data with competitor titles that had similar taxonomies. Shepherded the creation of an internal taxonomical structure for games using primary core loops (the main activity and progression driver for a game).

Franchise Resonance

Directed an approach to measure the health of a franchise via audience attention using search engine data; the team was able to create a research methodology with publicly available data to consistently measure relevance (when attention for a franchise spikes into cultural awareness) and resonance (when attention for a franchise retains this awareness over a persistent period of time).

COVID-19 Impact Study

Monitored industry trends and pandemic impacts with software and hardware sales using available competitor software sales data, console hardware data, and government data (employment & medical). This study was refreshed periodically to aid in strategic decision making across several projects.
